Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the GM & Co. platform.

1. Services

GM & Co. provides digital services including web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, branding, and related consulting services.

2. Payments

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. We operate a provider-agnostic payment architecture supporting fixed-price checkout, invoice payments, and milestone-based payments. We do not operate an escrow or held-funds system unless explicitly supported by the selected payment provider.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Third-party tools, libraries, and stock assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Limitation of Liability

GM & Co.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
